[afnog] Cisco 7204 VXR crashing and goes into reboot loop

Good day,
Cisco router is crashing and restarting within a few minutes of powering up.
I managed to assign an IP address last night and left it running only to
discover it was in a reboot loop.
Part of the error that I am getting is as shown below:
