	No they're not, the recipient chose to use that blacklist...

	As much as their methods stink of mafia-stile tactics, it's still
	the recipient site that chooses to use it or not.

	No single, centralized or decentralized authority can do anything about it.

	You can spread the word that it's unfair, and people here can agree with
	you and spread the work that this blacklist shouldn't be used, but the best
	you can do is contact the RECIPIENT sites to stop using the blacklist.

	Publish good guidelines and eventually recommend on responsible
	blacklists (if there is such a thing) that is responsive and listens to
	the community.
