[afnog] Bind9 on Debian

After a lot of effort and help from afnog community and others I have put in
place a bind9 server.  It is running with few hitches.

Please look at this output and give me your knowledge on what I can do; (dig
from the maching running bind9)

if I dig zebra.ucmpemba.moz

the results are;

;zebra.ucmpemba.moz.            IN      A

;; ANSWER SECTION:
zebra.ucmpemba.moz.     604800  IN      A       192.168.10.19

;; AUTHORITY SECTION:
ucmpemba.moz.           604800  IN      NS      zebra.ucmpemba.moz.

if I dig 192.168.10.19

the results are;

;; QUESTION SECTION:
;192.168.10.19.                 IN      A

;; AUTHORITY SECTION:
.                       9148    IN      SOA     a.root-servers.net.
nstld.verisign-grs.com. 2006072601 1800 900 604800 86400

other times it says connection refused and time out.
