An authoritative name server (to serve domains) or a recursive name
server to provide resolution service to your clients?

The result seems normal (I assume it is a local TLD, a practice that
is not encouraged, because of the risk of collision, should this TLD
be created later).

It won't work ("192.168.10.19" has no A record, A being the default of
dig), if you want the name that goes with this address, use the "-x"
option of dig.

Bad. dig +trace 192.168.10.19
