Yes. the conference is known as RWC. it's not focused purely on
theoretical cryptography. it's about implementation issues.

This is where we, in African countries, can start by testing our TLS
middleboxes deployed and see if they can handle
large initial handshakes.

The code we have developed in Mauritius is in python. We are open to
accepting contributions. Areas that need
further coverage is IPv6 testing for example.
