Dear Hervé,

There were some slides about "ASO - Africa Space" 
[1].  The third slide states that the ICANN 
Address Council has 15 members.  The fourth slide 
lists 12 members.  There isn't any information to 
explain why there isn't any representative for 
the African and Indian Ocean regions on the Address Council.

I understand that there has been some 
remue-ménage in one of the regions.  I don't see 
why that would impede representation of that region on the Address Council.
