What better mismanagement you moght have than contracting, using monetary
funds and acting solely unaccountable with zero transparency!?

Do we know the lawyers cost?
Do we know the NOMCOM contracts costs?
Do we know the receiver costs?
Do we know the legal costs?

I think at one time the Chair was prevented from using the afrinic lawyers
and had to contract others, if i am not mistaken, while the lawyers costs
now and for sure no one knows their source of funding!

There is zero financial accountability
There is zero public knowledge about the affairs of the election
There is no post-mortem report of the failed election 2025 and the board
before it got dismantled
There is no financial audit
No financial audit of the side account opened to assist afrinic when the
bank was frozen
No financial audit of the kenya account for afrinic when yhe bank acc was
frozen, to the best of my knowledge

Even the nominees are too silent, no statements and they expect us to trust
them!

Aside from all of this , still no trust with this receiver unless he opens
up, and if he continues this way things are encouraging!

How come that a media outlet get our emails as members?!

How come that a third party get our emails as members? Registered emails
with afrinic!

Only a fool will trust such processes
