I have had users who've been hit by email viruses:
- choke up my outgoing queues on an old sendmail box
- infect, re-infect and generally cause chaos to each other
- take up a lot of my staff's time going in to conduct 'cleanups' (we
charge for it - but I have better things for my staff to be doing)
- take up a lot of my helpdesk's time on the phone
If these are not *African* operator issues, then maybe it's only me who
has this trouble.
But I seriously doubt it because I've "been there, done that..."
Let's face it, the degree of clue and sophistication of our clients (and
our networks) still has some ground to cover before we are arguing about
which encapsulation is better for gigabit transmission, like you guys do
;-)
