chidi thanks for introducing me to this list I wasn't expecting it.
Dear List members,
I will go ahead to Introduce the DAIT-SCAM-TRAPPER Product to the list
as you have requested.
This product is the solution to the ISP-419Scam-Nightmare .
No more IP withdrawal
No more IP blocking from mail.com, eudoramail.com and the likes No more
INTERPOL threats and Foreign VSAT Management centre queries
In short you now have the power to say "YES" or "NO" to 419 scam mails
going out of your network. This product puts you in control. Because at
DAIT we believe that technology should serve you.
THE DAIT-SCAM-TRAPPER :
As the name implies this product terminates 419 scam mails coming from
your network before they leave your network. For the first time this
product will terminate scam mails that are being sent through
HTTP(WEBMAIL like Yahoo mail, Hotmail, etc.).
For example a 419 scammer on your network wants to send a 419 scam mail
through a yahoo.com or hotmail WEBMAIL page. This product will stop it.
It will stop 419 scam mails targeted at your mail server(this one is
childs play and there are many software products that do this). It will
even stop 419 Scam mails targeted directly at an external mail server on
the web. coming from a scammers' mail servers(In case you don't know
professional 419 scammers now use their own mail servers) It can also
terminate 419 traffic destined for Open Relays on the NET.
I know some people are pinching themselves to see if they are awake or
dreaming.
The product comes in options and there is a solution for your setup.
If for example a Big ISP is very concerned about the effect of
filtering her traffic then she can purchase the DAIT-SCAM-TRAPPER
ENTERPRISE solution which Involves a MASTER TRAPPING DEVICE (at the ISP
site) and SLAVE TRAPPING Devices (at all her cybercafes customer
locations-paid for by customers). These Devices will work together to
stop 419-scam mails with minimal effect on the traffic. This solution
will also pass the cost of scamming down to the scammers. and once again
make cybercafe desirable customers. Your Cybercafe customers can now be
responsible for whatever comes out of them.
The Filters used in this device are not only REVOLUTIONARY but are the
product of prolonged research and experience. They are very efficient
and fast. Unlike traditional filters that deal with only SMTP traffic.
These filter are capable of dealing with Real Time HTTP traffic through
Large BANDWIDTH Pipes without dropping packets. This device bypasses
your voice traffic so you don't even have to think about breaking calls(
though it doesn't even slow down the browsing.)
We are network experts so we can also tailor the device specifically
for your network if you wish.
SEAMLESS INTEGRATION:
As if that were not enough. The device integrates seamlessly into your
network. It comes as a TRANSPARENT ETHERNET BRIDGE. So you can just plug
it into your network without changing the config of your network. It
also runs on State-of-The-Art Hardware with comprehensive warrantee. All
this mean is that you now have the power to say Yes or No to
419-Scam-Mails.
There is a lot more to say about this device but I will stop here.
Please Feel free to contact us if you have enquiries or if you want more
documentation on it.
