Indeed, while there is a MX for africaleaf.com, the malawi.net mailer
does not see it.

The problem seems to be a delay in ".com" propagation to malawi.net. Since:
1) malawi.net seems to run an unofficial copy of ".com" (notice the
primary name server which is not the "real" one) *or* have been
poisoned.
~ % dig +short at one.malawi.net soa com
ns1.hi2000.net. hostmaster.hi2000.net. 2002111500 28800 14400 3600000 86400
2) The africaleaf.com domain has been very recently modified (whois -h
whois.networksolutions.com africaleaf.com).
I assume that the change you made this morning to africaleaf.com did
not reach their unofficial copy yet. I suggest to get in touch with
malawi.net people. And to fix the lame delegation in africaleaf.com,
in any case.
