ARCserveIT 6.61

Dear all,

I use ARCserveIT 6.61 for windows NT as backup software.  Lately, my backup
job started cancelling and I found out that the tape drive does not
recognise the tapes anymore. I have changed the tape drive to a new one and
I'm still getting the same cancelled result.

has anyone come across this kind of issue???
