Well unless I have misunderstood you:

You simply need to allow relaying TO his domain though your server by
adding his domain to $relay_domains and then add his domain to the
fast_etrn domains.

Even without adding them to fast_etrn, etrn domain.net will still work
for him.

Where is this readme file or what is it's name. I do not seem to see one
in my postfix documentation nor in the sample configs..
