Having never heard of the company, I personally don't have any confidence
that they will be around in 2 years time, or will have the ability to fix
software problems, or have the appropriate country-specific variant of ISDN.
They may assume that you live in the USA.

If you have researched the company and spoken to other users of their
products, you may of course come to a different view. But you did ask for
recommendations - Patton is not on my list!
