[afnog] RT email Piping

Hello all,

 

Finally got it.!!!

 

All you have to do is edit the /etc/aliases file and add the ff lines.

 

support: "|/usr/bin/rt-mailgate --queue general   --action comment --url
http://localhost/rt/"

 

Where support is the email you want to send it to (in this case
support at yourdomaiin.com)

 

When you send a mail to support at yourdomain.com, it  get delivered to request
tracker software which in turn generates a ticket.

Can anybody help on email piping on request Tracker?

Seem to be having a challenge on that 

The OS I am using is Ubuntu 10.4 and the MTA is postfix
