Hello yasini,

Yeah management approval can be a real puzzle to crack :) now back to the
issue at hand, it will be good to understand more about your network
architecture. Where are the servers located, are they at the HQ(i.e are they
connected within the HQ subnet and how are they connected?). Also apart from
servers on the network, whats the response like when you ping pcs on the
same network. Providing a summary of your network topology and probably your
running config could help
