[afnog] Skype Port

What I find strange is why people would want to block Skype.

I use it all the time for work-related purposes, it provides an
extremely cheap way to make international phone calls which, at least
for me (I live in Uruguay) would be extremely expensive, and provides
a chat system that beats MSN hands down.
