Hi,

Am getting frequent flaps on BGP.
Am getting the following on logs

MY UPSTREAM PEER (JUNIPER)

MY ROUTER (Cisco ASR 7206)
%BGP-3-NOTIFICATION: received from neighbor <<<My UPSTREAM ROUTER PEERING IP>>> 6/6 (cease) 0 bytes.


Am unable to make any heads or tails of the following:

What the errors mean
What causes them
How do I sort the issue
