The address space you are posting is in conclusive. 
There are 16384 prefixes which may match 41.223.X.Y/22
and time is too short to guess which one you are using.

The same is true for the other prefixes you mention.

Please refrain from "anonymizing" your adress space. 
If you want people to spend time looking at your problem,
the least you can do is be as precise as possible what to look at
(and, this would include IP targets to test against).
