Cisco shows (in some circumstances) a 7 byte MAC address, where the first
byte is the ARP/DHCP hardware type. 01 = "Ethernet (10Mb)"
So 0100.24b2.0d3d.43 should be read as 0024.b20d.3d43.
(And 0024b2 prefix is Netgear)
