[afnog] layer 3 switch to act layer 2 switch

If you want the entire switch (as opposed to specific ports) to act as L2
rather than L3, then typing "switchport" under all interfaces should do it
(I think that should be default. you can do 'no switchport' for those you do
want to be L3).
