[afnog] exchange 2003 can't send out emails!

dear gurus,
 
strange my exchange 2003 has stopped sending out emails!...
 
i can send to few domains e.g netsec.co.za and cnet.co.tz delivery delay message just says it will keep on sending.......
 
sitting on exchange 2003 i can ping, resolve, connect to port 25 on outside mxs, surf e.t.c
 
emails from outside are coming i have check for black-lists my IP is not listed.
 
my domain is mdh-tz.org with mx= mhmail.muchs-harvard.org 
 
any clues pls ?
