[afnog] asking for information

hello all!

a friend of mine has been selected for the workshop in gaborone( botswana) starting october 5. the problem is that there is no botswana embassy in our country( democratic republic of congo) for visa process.

can someone tell me what she should do in order for her to attend the workshop?
