[afnog] Cannot connect to remote pop3 server

>From my desktop my tracert results are not showing any intersecting
network unless if I am missing something. To eliminate the possibility
of there being an issue with my private network, I tested ISP2
connection via RDP on a seperate network.

The two ISPs that we connect through are big ISPs in .za, is there a
possible that .za IP blocks are being pop3 filtered on the zonnet.nl
server? If yes, what could be the reason for such a move?

Also background info, the pop3 server used to work fine till about one
and half months ago.
