[afnog] Cannot connect to remote pop3 server

Their definition of global problem is coming from the fact that
another .za isp (ISP2) that we coincidentally use for our redundant
link is also having similar connection problem to that server pop3.
The ticket is still open with ISP1 while they decide how they can
assist me if at all.

We tried getting hold of the pop3 server owners in Netherlands to
which the helpdesk support person told us no port 110 is blocked from
us. My worry is that this is one of those problems that you can
resolve after weeks of trying all channels available, that was why I
asked for workaround that can involve sending traffic via say our UK
server just to get the pop3 clients working for now.
