[afnog] problem with network

No choice. In my country

You can't buy directly a half circuit

You can't have you own IP BLOCK.

You can't connect directly to SAT3.

They don't give you any more a Vsat License.

A friend of Mine raised these issues several times and till now not thing
happen.
