[afnog] jffnms problem

Hi all,

I'm experiencing a problem with jffnms.  After installing and getting to  
the setup page, all seems ok the required modules are running fine.  When  
I try to save changes it fails and just returns to the setup page again.
Upon running, #tail -f /var/log/httpd/error_log, the following is what I  
get...
