[afnog] -Squid cache problem !!!

Dear all,

i configure squid on Centos 5.2 , the default squid of it, then once our
website goes down and we fix it but the squid refuse to show the fixed site
it gives me only the one with problem.

i try to clear it from the cache using the following commands

squidclient -r http://www.etharc.org
squidclient -m PURGE http://www.etharc.org

But Still it refuse then i shutdown the squid and delete the hole directory
and create again using squid -z and restart the server but still it is the
same .

i couldn't remove the site from my cache .

So I please your help to solve my urgent problem.
