[afnog] Same messages downloaded many times

Three things you may need to look at.

1 -- What changed on his Outlook setting. If for some reason outlook
believes that it has never received email for this user before, it will
retrieve all the email that was previously received.

2 -- What changed on the server side. I do not know what pop/imap server you
are running, but i once saw something strange happen with dovecot. When a
users index file got corrupted and was redone, the MUA retrieved all the
emails that had previously been downloaded

3 -- Noah already pointed this out. If the MUA was retrieving email and did
not complete the streaming, the message flagging done by your imap/pop
server is not complete and this message will be retrieved again.
