[afnog] Access Denied Error: When accessing Admin Tools in windows 2003 server

Actually I forgot to mention that you need to check the file association on 
the MSC files themselves, just pick one and check, once you associate it 
with MMC.EXE it will work for all others, they reside in %system%\system32 
(usually c:\windows\system32). an example of one would be services.msc.
