[afnog] Throughput measurement tool

Hi guys,

I seeking for a tool that will assist me in knowing the actual bandwidth (throughput) between two remote nodes on the network IP connectivity (LAN or WAN). Both remotes ends have IP connectivity and there is no firewall in between. I'm looking for a tool that could be run either on PC-PC(windows or linux), PC-Router or Router-Router(Cisco).
