	If you're lucky the ISP actually is doing reverse management.
	If you're very lucky, they actually listen to requests from their
	customers to update reverse.
	If you're insanely lucky, they might even have tools to do
	so via some form-mail or Web interface and authentication.
	If they do RFC2317, start buying lottery tickets.
