BGP error : Protocol not in this image

Heloo,
If i try to download the IOS image i get this error:

Accessing tftp://172.16.0.4/c3845-spservicesk9-mz.124-13b.bin...
%Error opening tftp://172.16.0.4/c3845-spservicesk9-mz.124-13b.bin (No such 
file
 or directory)
Have you an idea of the origin of this probleme?
