[afnog] OSPF abruptly dying

Thanks Andy, i did see that post....the difference is that i had normal and
sometimes almost no CPU activity during this OSPF blackouts. i will get an
newer IOS and see how that goes, although at the moment all seems OK.

a million chances happen 99% of the time.
