Hi,

so I read about the subject above again...
they have 3 different RBLs - one for /32s one for /24s, one for /16s
they have sinks collecting email for spamtrap addresses - pretty easy to
run automatic....

the 196.207.0.0/16 we talked about has (currently):

Network 196.207.0.0/16 is blacklisted at UCEPROTECT Level 3
Level 3 listing will be removed, as soon as there are 512 IPs or less
from that /16 Net left in Level 1
The following 649 IPs from this /16 network were Level 1 listed for
abuse within the last 7 days.
"

649 IPs sending emails to spamtraps - only in the last 7 days!

I counted ~4 of accesskenya and ~626 IPs of Sonatel (SN) from
196.207.192.0/18   !!!
the desc of the inet-num is "Pool ADSL BAS1"    ..... ADSL........


I don't agree to lists blocking /16s
I don't agree to email operators using any of those.
And I don't agree to have 626 IPs in a range of 16384 sending spam.

I think all 3 points should be worked on - or??
