[afnog] Non-transmitting iDirect 3000 Series Satellite Router

Hello,

I have a stumping issue with an iDirect 3000 Series Remote Satellite Router
that won't transmit. The receive LED is solid green and certified very good by
NOC but Transmit LED won't come on. NOC gave various instructions to installers
which were all executed but no luck. Power supply is certified good and this is
a second router with same issue.

Is there a command to get the modem to transmit? From my observations, the
router is running a linux variant and provider is SDN Global/US. 

LED Status - 
Power - Solid green
Status - Solid green
Net - flashing yellow
Transmit - Off (***what would make you turn green my friend?***)
Receive - Solid green
