[afnog] e-mail not sending and recieving mails

	You might have a firewall / filtering / routing issue.  Is this
	a publicly reachable server ?  What's the IP ?  Can you telnet to
	port 25 from it from outside ?  Can you telnet to a server on the
	Internet on port 25 from inside ?  Does DNS work ?  Has this setup
	worked before ?
