[afnog] Restarting server

Hi guys,

My Windows 2000  server is  rebooting and i see the error message below
when i go to system in  event viewer.Does any one have ideas of what might
be causing this?

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1
(0x00000003, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xf1d22917). Microsoft Windows 2000
[v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP.  Microsoft Windows
2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP.
