[afnog] FreeBSD failing with USB keyboard

yeah....did all the disabling i have found on BSD's mailing list, acpi,
atkbd, at.kdbc, but nothing is working for me...

i have managed to get into it from console, hit 6 on the boot options window
and set console=comconsole, plugged a laptop and got to install afresh. but
on boot, i get the same thing, a blinking cursor instead of the boot
options....totally run out of ideas myself :(
