	Sounds like you are looking for some cheap PCs...  You will need to
	get a server license for 2003 + a seat license for each terminal anyway,
	and that will probably not be cheaper than installing XP on each machine.

	Or better: using FreeBSD/Linux and using old Pentium I or II as
	X terminals :)
