I can't help you with where to purchase antennae in Nigeria, but to  
be clear: do you want an Omni or a Unidirectional?
I don't think a 21dbi omni is practical or sold anywhere.   12dbi is  
close to the practical limit of omnis.   21dbi usually is acheived  
with  a dish or grid unidirectional.
