	Yes, depending on:

	CPU size ?
	RAM ?
	How many scanning processes are running in parallel ?
	Are you using DCC / Pyzor / Razor ?
	How many rules are loaded ?

	You are not swapping it appears, so it shouldn't be a RAM issue.
