There're many things on by default you can turn off. See
the documentation. I had this happen and I began turning
off things one at a time until I got a stable box. I then
began to play the swap game. "If I want this, what do I
need to turn off to keep it stable?"

I did, however, dedicate an entire box to the task. The
statistics are invaluable.
