openwebmail.pl terminated without producing any output. You may find errors
in the error log lines adjacent to this one.

If not, try running

    cd /path/to/wherever
    ./openwebmail.pl

from the command line. What result do you get?

Maybe different version of Perl; maybe different set of Perl libraries
included. Running from the command line may give you a clue.
