[afnog] afnog at afnog.org list update

I've made one minor change to the way the list works. You 
should see on the footer line a pointer to the admin page 
for this list. The URL is:

http://afnog.org/mailman/listinfo/afnog

If you want to update your subscription, get your password, 
unusbscribe, etc... you can do this via the web interface. 
You can, also do this using commands via email. From the 
original list welcome message:

You can also make such adjustments via email by sending a 
message to:

   afnog-request at afnog.org

with the word `help' in the subject or body (don't include 
the quotes), and you will get back a message with instructions.

If anyone is noting anything different about how this list 
is working for them please let me know directly by sending 
email to afnog-owner at afnog.org.
