[afnog] Loss of switchs configuration

Hello all,
I have more then 15 switchs (Cisco 3524, 2950) on the network. I have
configured vlans on all the switchs and trunk some ports. But sometimes,
after the power down, the configuration is lost.
But after modifaication I save the configuration
#copy running-config startup-config
I use console port for the confuguration or Cisco Cluster Manager Systems
CMS. The IOS of 2950 is 12.1(11)EA1.
I need help please !
