What feature set do I require? I have downloaded 12.4a Service provider with
IPSEC and 3DES with LAWFUL INTERCEPT.

This link shows you how to setup broadband aggregation on 
a 7200 using either PPPoA, RFC 1483 Bridging, RBE, PPPoE, 
and of course, L2TP. These are modeled around DSL, but 
your transmission media might differ, e.g., wireless, 
fibre, Ethernet, cable, e.t.c.
