JFL,

You may want to consider changing your tunnel broker. It seems you are using a 
Windows (XP) tunnel that gets installed when you activate IPv6 under protocols. We 
have noted that this sometimes gives problems.

For example, check at 

http://linuxreviews.org/features/ipv6/#toc8

for alternative tunnels where you may want to test SixXs or BT-Exact as you wish.

Do you have access to a LINUX box?

Would be interesting to hear if your IPv6 connectivity improves with this.
