A similar RFC that describes Cable vs. xDSL vs. dialup vs. 
Wireless (all flavors) vs. Radio vs. Microwave vs. Satellite 
  vs. ? type of connections would be great. And, then, 
include definitions of speed as well, both up and down. 
Finally, with a section that includes definitions of things 
like Kbps vs. Mbps vs. MBps, etc... I'm tempted to write 
something up for family and friends...
