The Ultra-1 is a very old and slow box (I still managed one a few
months ago, but it eventually broke). Even an old and second-hand PC
will be faster. I suggest to replace it.

I understand the need to use such old boxes (you do not always have
the choice) but it should be clear that they will fail one day or the
other and they are not worth a lot of work to repare them.
