[afnog] supplier for Sun Ultra 1 workstation power supply

We urgently need to identify a supplier for a power supply for a Sun Ultra 1 
Workstation.

Does anyone know where we can promptly purchase such a power supply?

I have attached a label that is on the faulty unit that we have and the attachment 
hopefully gives exact model number, part number and such like details.
